My review:

oh man….. this book was like going BACK to ALL the mistakes Karen Chance made in the first book in the series (Touch the Dark).  this book was SO fast paced & FULL of useless information that i had to re-read certain paragraphs just to understand what just happened. 

The main plus point for me in this book was that FINALLY it feels like Cassie is growing up & not fighting against her power & that there is some kind of progression towards their end goal.

i’ve now started reading Curse the Dawn and so far it sounds a lot better than Embrace the night, let’s hope for the best.
