the fireplace in our bedroom was a bit bland and looked like it needed something, so i decided to make a quick little garland for it.  it was so easy.  i still have book papers left over from our save the dates & decided to hand-stitch them to grey felt & then added them on a cotton twine. and there you have it!  i think it came out pretty nice considering i only worked on it for about an hour.  (sorry the photos aren't the greatest, had to take them at night - since it's dark now when i go to work & dark when i get home).
